Author's Bio

Karen Paul Holmes has two poetry books: No Such Thing as Distance (Terrapin Books, 2018) and Untying the Knot (Aldrich Press, 2014). Her poems have been featured by Garrison Keillor on The Writer's Almanac and by Tracy K. Smith on The Slowdown podcast, and her work appears in many journals and anthologies. To support poets and writers, Holmes hosts a critique group in Atlanta and a Writers' Night Out in the Blue Ridge Mountains. She served as Tweetspeak Poetry's "Poet Laura" for 2022.
