Author's Bio

Wren Tuatha is editor and founder of Califragile and author of Thistle and Brilliant (Finishing Line Press) and her forthcoming collection, Skeptical Goats. She's formerly Artist-in-Residence at Heathcote Center. Wren studied Education at University of Louisville, and Film, Poetry, and Gay and Lesbian Studies at Towson University. She received grants to perform her poetry from Towson University's Women's Center and Office of Diversity. Her poetry has appeared in The Cafe Review, Canary, Peacock Journal, Poetry Pacific, Coachella Review, Arsenic Lobster, Baltimore Review, Pirene’s Fountain, Loch Raven Review, Clover, Lavender Review, Autumn Sky Poetry Daily, and Bangalore Review, among others. She is pursuing her MFA at Goddard College. Wren and her partner, author/activist C.T. Butler, herd skeptical goats in the Camp Fire burn zone of California.
