We’re seeking work that’s energetic, imaginative, and original.  Send us fiction with strong, idiosyncratic voices, creative nonfiction that honestly and eloquently strips all pretenses away, and poetry that uses language with power and precision.

To get a feeling for the work we publish, we encourage you to consult the issues available on our website. When you feel ready, please read our submission guidelines and then send us your best work, along with a third-person bio of 100 words or less.

Bridge Ink focuses on young adult creative writers, ages 13 to 18. All genres are accepted with a focus on poetry.

Our editors yearn to see something different, to learn from a piece of work, or to discover a new point of view. We are looking for young, honest voices daring enough to share those stories. How can a poem reveal an observation, emotion, or experience in a new or unique way? How can a story change a reader’s way of thinking? We want stories that open our minds to new possibilities.

Collateral is an online literary journal affiliated with the University of Washington Tacoma. We showcase high quality creative writing and art that explores the impact of the military and military service in spaces beyond the combat zone.

We want poetry, CNF, fiction and visual art that pushes the boundaries of exploring the impact of war from a range of perspectives. Our mission is to publish work that puts a spotlight on all those spaces beyond the combat zone.

The Uprising Review is dedicated to publishing great fiction and encouraging free speech in the creative field. We believe that writers should feel free to express their beliefs through their writing without worrying about cliche arbitrary cultural appropriation rules. Good fiction is not created by the writers’ nationality, sexuality, or gender. Good fiction is created through the hard work and determination of the writer.

Many, we work more as an art blog.

Not Your Mothers Breast Milk is an art blog dedicated to sharing stories about the human experience, connecting with one another, and giving artists an outlet to express their struggles and successes on this journey through life.

We're looking for something that makes us feel. It can make us feel joy, sadness, anger, silliness, etc, etc. Just make us feel something.

Have a piece that you love that maybe needs a little more work? Send it in! Our editing team will look it over and give you feedback about how you could make it stronger! When submitting, put "Tweak" in the subject line to let us know you want feedback on it!
