Editorial Focus
The pacificREVIEW is an annual review of prose, poetry, and artwork on a given theme, published in affiliation with San Diego State University Press. For 2025–26, their coeditors are Lola Schroeder & Nathan Nguyen. The 2025–26 edition of pacREV will be like the 2023 edition—an all–graphic narrative / comix edition.
Tips From the Editor
The pacificREVIEW welcomes for consideration previously unpublished (simultaneous submissions are okay but please notify of selection right away) poems, short stories, translations, and creative non-fiction, including essays and reviews. We also consider photography, art, comics and all kinds of illustrations. No AI-laced or derived stuff, please. Creatives have it hard as it is without that miasma in the mix.
