The pacificREVIEW is an annual review of prose, poetry, and artwork on a given theme, published in affiliation with San Diego State University Press. For 2025-26, their co-editors are Lola Schroeder & Nathan Nguyen. The pacificREVIEW welcomes for consideration previously unpublished (simultaneous submissions are okay but please notify of selection right away) poems, short stories, translations, and creative non-fiction, including essays and reviews. We also consider photography, art, comics and all kinds of illustrations.  No AI-laced or derived stuff, please. Creatives have it hard as it is without that miasma in the mix.
