Michael Lyle is the author of the poetry chapbook, The Everywhere of Light (Plan B Press, 2018) and his poems have appeared widely, including Artemis, Bearings Online, Canary, The Carolina Quarterly, Common Ground Review, Dappled Things, Eunoia Review, Euphony, Foliate Oak, Grey Sparrow Journal, The Hollins Critic, Hummingbird, IthacaLit, Leaping Clear, The Main Street Rag, MockingHeart Review, Mudfish, The Opiate, Pilgrimage, Plainsongs, Saint Katherine Review, Snapdragon, The Windhover and other magazines and journals. Two of his essays were winners of the Buechner Narrative Writing Project and published in The Christian Century.  Michael's other creative nonfiction has appeared in Guideposts Books, Rock & Sling, Tiferet and his book "Gathered Stones."  One of his poems made the long list for the Fish Publishing 2020 Poetry Prize.  Michael lives in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. http://www.michaellylewriter.com.
