Author's Bio

Co-author with Derek Henderson of the book Inconsequentia (BlazeVOX, 2010), Derek Pollard is Assistant Editor at Interim. For many years, he was Associate Editor at New Issues Poetry & Prose, where he worked closely with late founding editor Herbert Scott to grow the press, and was Assistant Editor at Barrow Street, where he worked alongside Peter Covino to develop the press's catalogue. He holds a PhD in English from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he was a Beverly Rogers, Carol C. Harter Black Mountain Institute Fellow in Poetry and is now on faculty.
