Editorial Focus

Named after the Pine Hills neighborhood in Albany, Pine Hills Review is an online literary journal that publishes artful, honest, and compelling work by new and established writers. We love irreverent, fun, different, and surprising work that tries to do something new. Since the beginning, Pine Hills Review remains committed to creating an inclusive space for writers from all backgrounds.

Tips From the Editor

Read us. Notice we publish one author's work at a time, as opposed to issues. Send your best work, of course. More specifically, send work that are the outcasts in your own work, that other places won't publish. We encourage female and nonbinary writers, as well as BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ writers, to submit their work.
