Author's Bio

Anne Tammel is founder of OC CEO Collective, SoCal Women in Business, and Women of Worth Global. Redefining Leadership in Orange County and on a global scale, Anne delivers an integrated leadership ecosystem — peer advisory, leadership, strategy, and community — for CEOs and executive leaders driving currency, strategy, and culture. A Silicon Valley native, Leadership Architect, and Strategy Consultant, Anne launched her career at Cunningham Communication — publicists for Steve Jobs and Macintosh — then built her proprietary strategy framework advising Fortune 100 executives at Google, Citi, PwC, and Deloitte on more than $15 billion in enterprise value. Anne's bestselling interview collections feature culture-building conversations with creative visionaries and thought leaders shaping better businesses and societies through human-centric, creative approaches.

Anne Tammel is the author of Poets and Dreamers: Thought Leaders and Visionaries, #1 Bestselling New Release in Interviews (2025); Endless: A Literate Passion, #1 Bestselling New Release in Poetry About Places + Love Poems (Saint Julian Press); and the forthcoming Force Field™, Redefining Leadership™, and OC CEO Journal (2026).. A three-time Pushcart Prize nominee, Anne founded Poets and Dreamers International and the Poets and Dreamers Fine Arts Journal in 2001 — the creative collective and international press featured by CBS Los Angeles as “Best Resource for Writers” where Anne developed her positive team culture model that transforms high-conflict teams into peak-performing organizations.

In January 2026, Anne launched the Women of Worth Leadership Series at the Park Club in Costa Mesa — the first peer advisory lunch series of its kind designed exclusively for women CEOs and senior executives in Orange County. Having introduced the "Uniting and Empowering Women in Business" movement to Orange County with her 2024 creation OC Women in Business, Anne expanded the movement to SoCal Women in Business and Women of Worth Global, producing the inaugural Global Women in Innovation Summit at UCI in March 2026 — the first of its kind in Orange County.

As founder of OC CEO Collective, Anne advises Orange County's top chief executives through peer advisory circles, strategic planning, and one-on-one executive advisory. Anne's forthcoming OC CEO Journal captures exclusive, firsthand interviews with Southern California's most accomplished chief executives.

As Executive Editor-in-Chief of Poets and Dreamers International Press, the press publishes fiction, nonfiction, poetry, and art, uniting cultures and continents. The Poets and Dreamers author network serves over 2,000 professional and creative writers throughout Southern California. Anne holds an MBA candidacy from USC Marshall School of Business, a Master of Executive Leadership from USC Price, an MFA in Creative Writing and a Bachelors in English Literature, Career Writing.
