Author's Bio

Amy Strauss Friedman is the author of the poetry collection The Eggshell Skull Rule (Kelsay Books, 2018) and the chapbook Gathered Bones are Known to Wander (Red Bird Chapbooks, 2016). A nominee for the Pushcart Prize and Best of the Net, her poetry has appeared or is forthcoming in Pleiades, The Rumpus, Glass: A Journal of Poetry, et al. Amy's book reviews have also appeared in The Rumpus, Newcity, Agape, and elsewhere. She earned her MA in Comparative Literature from Northwestern University. Born and raised in Chicago, she now writes and teaches English in Denver. Her work can be found at amystraussfriedman.com.
