The Stonecoast Review is a literary arts journal edited by students and alumni from Stonecoast’s MFA program in Creative Writing. We welcome writing in the genres of creative nonfiction, fiction, dramatic works, and poetry. The editorial staff of Stonecoast Review seeks exciting work from both new and established writers. We also accept art submissions for the journal, but keep in mind the majority of accepted art will be published in black and white.
Tips From the Editor
The main genres we accept are Fiction, Creative Nonfiction, Poetry, Dramatic Works, and Visual Art. Please do not feel limited by these categories. We are happy to look at anything you want to send us, including experimental and hybrid work.
Furthermore, we offer feedback on 10% of declined submissions. Contributors will receive a complimentary copy of the issue in which their work appears. Happy submitting! We can’t wait to see your best pieces.
