Author's Bio

Naomi J. Williams is the author of the novel Landfalls (2015, FSG), long-listed for the Center for Fiction First Novel Prize and the NBCC's John Leonard Award. Her short fiction has appeared in numerous literary journals, garnering multiple Pushcart Prize nominations, including one win. She has taught creative writing at many places, including UC Davis, Sacramento City College, and Saint Mary's College. Born and partly raised in Japan, she splits her time between Sacramento and San Francisco.
