
The Vermont Studio Center (VSC) offers two-, three-, and four-week residencies year-round to poets, fiction writers, creative nonfiction writers, and translators in Johnson, Vermont, a village located in the heart of the northern Green Mountains. VSC provides time and space to write as well as readings, craft talks, and individual consultations with invited visiting writers. Each residency includes a private room, private studio space, and all meals. The fee for a residency is $3,000 for two weeks, $4,250 for three weeks, and $5,500 for four weeks. Full fellowships are available. Using only the online application system, submit a completed application, up to eight pages of poetry or no more than 10 pages of prose or translation (including the original text), and a $25 application fee by October 1.
