Author's Bio

David E. Poston's poetry, fiction, reviews, and essays have appeared in Cider Press Review, English Journal, The MacGuffin, North Carolina Literary Review, Pembroke, and many other journals and anthologies.His poetry collection Postmodern Bourgeois Poetaster Blues won the NC Writers' Network's Randall Jarrell Chapbook Competition. He is a former Kakalak editor, Pushcart Prize nominee, and recipient of awards from the Writers' Workshop of Asheville, Charlotte Writers' Club, and Southeastern Writers' Association. His most recent collection of poems is Letting Go (Fernwood Press, 2026).
