Author's Bio

Colette Parris is a Caribbean-American graduate of Harvard College, where she received a BA in English, and Harvard Law School.  She returned to her literary roots during the pandemic.  Her fiction can be found in various publications, including Scoundrel Time, Cleaver, The Offing, Sleet Magazine, and Streetlight Magazine, and has been nominated for a Pushcart Prize (three times) as well as Best Microfiction.  Her poems have been published in Michigan Quarterly Review, Gyroscope Review, The Healing Muse, MoonPark Review, LEON Literary Review, Thin Air Magazine, and elsewhere. Two are currently nominated for Best of the Net. She has work forthcoming in Variety Pack.
