Anne Babson

Poet

Author's Bio

I am a poet, librettist, lyricist and blogger who straddles the Mason-Dixon line to talk about the American experience in as much of its richness as possible. I am surely the only poet in America published by both the Communist Party and the Christian Right. I strive to write truth that people from very diverse backgrounds will find edifying and delightful. To do this, I engage with both ancient and contemporary texts and attempt to excavate something timeless from both.
