Nimrod International Journal’s mission is the discovery of exciting new writing from around the world. The journal publishes two issues a year and hosts two prizes: the Pablo Neruda Award for Poetry and the Katherine Anne Porter Award for Fiction. Selections from Nimrod have been included in The Best American Short Stories, Best Stories from the South, New Voices in American Fiction, Best New Poets, Best American Poetry, and many other noted anthologies.
