Editorial Focus

The Madrid Review is a new, volunteer-run, bilingual (English/Spanish) literary and arts magazine based in Madrid, Spain. It publishes poetry, fiction, art, and interviews worldwide, with a focus on new, emerging, and established writers, often featuring work connected to Spain & Beyond. It releases three to four issues per year, features a blog and podcast, and offers a Creative Writing Group for subscribers.

Tips From the Editor

The Madrid Review publishes work across borders—geographic, linguistic, and formal. That means we welcome voices from anywhere, but we are less interested in place and more interested in writing that's earnest, sincere.
