Author's Bio

Patrick G. Roland is a writer and educator nominated for the Pushcart Prize, Best Microfiction, and Best Small Fictions. His work was featured in scaffold’s Top 50 Micro Writings of 2025 and appears in Rattle, Hobart, HAD, Sky Island, Maudlin House, and Rejection Letters. He lives with cystic fibrosis and writes poetry and short fiction about memory, class, place, and the residue of loss. He lives near Pittsburgh with his wife and two children.
