Michele Karas is a New York-based poet and writer who is originally from San Diego. Recent publications include the San Diego Poetry Annual’s Best Poems of San Diego 2019, Narrative, Tinderbox Poetry Journal, Thrush Poetry Journal, and Alaska Quarterly Review.
