Arthur Davis is a Wall Street trained management consultant with an MBA in Corporate and Investment Finance. His practice specialty is corporate planning and reorganization. He has managed engagements in the United States and Europe. He has lectured at The New School University on leadership skills to CEO’s and entrepreneurs. He has given Chase bank sponsored Leadership Skills workshops to venture capital groups and entrepreneurs. He presented a Leadership Skills workshop for coop board presidents at the NYC Coop and Condo Council Annual conference for over twenty years.
He has been quoted in The New York Times and in Crain’s New York Business, taught at The New School University and was interviewed on New York TV News Channel 1. He has advised The New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission on operational reform and the Department of Homeland Security National Protection and Programs Directorate Sector-Specific Agency, on developing a national preparedness program for Critical Manufacturing. He advised Senator John McCain's investigating committee on boxing reform, and testified as an expert witness before Senator Roy Goodman's New York State Commission on Corruption in Boxing.
Since 2010, over a hundred-thirty tales of original horror, dark fantasy, science fiction, speculative fiction, mystery, crime, magical realism, epic adventure and slipstream as well as literary/mainstream fiction have been published in ninety journals. Over forty more have been published as reprints. He was featured in a single author anthology, nominated for a Pushcart Prize, received the 2018 Write Well Award for excellence in short fiction and, twice nominated, received Honorable Mention in The Best American Mystery Stories 2017. Nine novels are available and include tales of mystery, fantasy, horror, romance and mainstream fiction. He is looking to partner with cable/TV companies and playwrights to develop proprietary properties based on the novels and short stories in Tales of Our Time, where great storytelling is at the heart of great entertainment.
