Author's Bio

Paul Cunningham (b. 1989) is from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He founded Radioactive Moat Press in 2009 and Deluge in 2013. He is the author of a chapbook of poems, GOAL/TENDER MEAT/TENDER (horse less press, 2015) and the translator of two chapbooks by Sara Tuss Efrik: AUTOMANIAS: SELECTED POEMS (Goodmorning Menagerie, 2016) and THE NIGHT'S BELLY (Toad Press, 2016). He is a former assistant editor of Action Books and currently works as an editor for Fanzine. In 2012, he served as co-editor of the sixth issue of SLAB (Sound & Literary Art Book of Slippery Rock University) which was awarded the AWP National Director’s Prize for Undergraduate Literary Magazines in the Category of Content. His writing has appeared in the “Insect Poetics” issue of The Volta, Yalobusha Review, Fireflies, Spork, Bat City Review, Heavy Feather Review, Smoking Glue Gun, LIT, Tarpaulin Sky, DIAGRAM, Witness, H_NGM_N, and many others. His poem-films have been screened in the MAKE Magazine Lit & Luz Festival, Seattle’s INCA: The Institute for New Connotative New Action, the Museo Universitario del Chopo in Mexico City, and His most recent poem-film, IT IS ANNOUNCED (a collaboration with Valerie Mejer Caso & Barry Shapiro) premiered in the 2016 Kochi-Muziris Biennale. He is a Ph.D. candidate in Fiction at the University of Georgia and he holds a M.F.A. in Poetry from the University of Notre Dame.
