Author's Bio

I am an award-winning memoirist, poet, blogger and author of nine books. I teach writing for healing and transformation and I am widely published in national trade and literary magazines. I have been writing since the age of 10 when my mother gave me my first journal to cope with my grandmother’s suicide. I am a regular blogger for Psychology Today, The Huffington Post, BrainSpeak, PsychAlive, and Boomer Cafe. My latest poetry collection is LUST.
