Tips From the Editor:

The press is small and focused. We can publish only a few titles each year, so they must be remarkable. Each title is a personal choice, commitment and investment for us, and our mission guides the decisions we make. We are here to respect and elevate emerging, overlooked and LGBTQ+ authors, and to make meaningful contributions to the literary arts by publishing their work.

When submitting, please fully read and understand our guidelines. Any submission not adhering to these requirements will be rejected without viewing. Submittable is the only way we receive submissions. We cannot accept any submission by email or post.

Titles per Year:
11 to 20
Editorial Focus:

Unbound Edition Press is guided by a mission to respect and elevate emerging, underappreciated, and marginalized authors, with a strong commitment to advancing LGBTQ+ and BIPOC voices. We aim to identify, develop, and defend writers who create thoughtfully challenging work which may not find a home with mainstream publishers. We publish collections of poetry, short fiction, essays, and memoirs. We also publish the literary journal Revel, which showcases the highest level in poetry, fiction, essays, art, and experimental writing.
