SHEILA MCMULLIN is a poet, intersectional feminist, and youth ally. She co-edited the collections Humans of Ballou and The Day Tajon Got Shot from Shout Mouse Press. She sits on the Board of Directors for VIDA: Women in Literary Arts. A community-based workshop leader, she facilitates creative writing workshops for all ages as well as college personal statement and scholarship essay writing sessions for high schoolers. She provides manuscript consultations. She volunteers at her local animal rescue and holds an M.F.A. from George Mason University.
