Author's Bio

Maureen Bhutong Boyd is a Thai Scottish Californian-Canadian writer and former union organizer who holds an MFA from Pacific University. She is a Periplus Fellowship Finalist, and her work appears in Catamaran Literary Reader, The Pinch, Bellingham Review, TIMBER, and Joyland Magazine, amongst others. She has written and performed autobiographical work for the Novalia Collective’s story telling showcase, “this is my body”, and her writing was featured during APAture, Kearny Street Workshop's Festival for AAPI Artists.
