Author's Bio

My first chapbook of haiku and photos, "Thirty Views of a Changing World" (dealing with climate change and other existential threats facing our planet), will be published this year by Finishing Line Press. My poems have been published in the Rising Phoenix Review, Orbis, Spectrum, Arrow and others. I lead workshops focused on process and discussion in homeless shelters and libraries; work as an editorial, marketing and social media consultant; judge poetry contests; and critique and write blurbs and reviews for colleagues. I believe in poetry's power to reach hearts and move people to action.
