Author's Bio

German-born Chila Woychik has lived in the American Midwest most of her life. Her essay collection, Singing the Land: A Rural Chronology, was published by Shanti Arts Publishing, Maine. Recent journal publications include work in Passages North, Cimarron, Portland Review, and more. She's the founding editor at Eastern Iowa Review.
