Author's Bio

Bill Garvey’s poems have appeared in Rattle, The Queen’s Quarterly, The New Quarterly, Cimarron Review, Connecticut River Review, One Art, and other journals. His most recent collection, Leaning in the Same Direction, was published by DarkWinter Press in 2026. The Basement on Biella, was published by DarkWinter Press in 2023, and a chapbook, The Burden of Angels, appeared with Finishing Line Press in 2007.

He is a dual citizen of the United States and Canada and lives in Toronto and Nova Scotia with his wife, Jean.
