Editorial Focus

Founded in 2013, Two Lines Press is a program of the Center for the Art of Translation, a San Francisco–based nonprofit that champions literary translation. Two Lines Press specializes in exceptional new writing and overlooked classics that have never been translated into English. The editors publish literary translations of fiction and creative nonfiction as part of Two Lines Press and occasionally poetry collections as part of their Calico series. They are committed to championing diversity in the languages, translators, and authors they publish.
