Broken Tribe Press was formed to meet the needs of wanderers, misplaced artists, and misfits of the literary world. With a domestic North American focus, Broken Tribe publishes unique literature that pushes boundaries and says something important. The annual MFA Award is awarded to a book each year for author’s who have graduated from an MFA program in the past five years. The North American Series is seeking a book from each state, tribe, and province in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
