Editorial Focus
Though not our only interest, we have a strong like for poetry of place and the relationship between lives and landscapes. Most importantly, we seek an economy of language with a keen focus on voice and image. We like a touch of Lorca’s duende that loves ledges and wounds, Kant’s “crooked timber of humanity.” We have no interest in work whose primary focus is the American political scene.
