Suzy Kassem (December 1, 1975) is an American writer, poet, philosopher, human rights activist, essayist, cultural critic, and filmmaker of Egyptian parentage. Her creative and written works span the fields of moral philosophy, epistemology, ontology, metaphysics, theology, humanism, mysticism, ethics, art, drama, and literature. Her writing style displays a fondness for metaphors, irony, similitudes, symmetry, maxims, and a variety of parallelisms. The majority of her intellectual and artistic contributions are colored with strong universal themes promoting social justice, global synergy, world citizenry, and truth. A lover of bridging East and West and traveling the globe, Suzy Kassem is an unconventional woman of many diverse talents and uncommon attainments.
