Publishers Weekly

Since 1872, Publishers Weekly has been a mainstay in the publishing industry. Though the book review section wasn’t added until 1940, Publishers Weekly remains a valued resource for book reviews and literary insights. Both the print and online versions are dedicated to book publishing and bookselling issues across the globe.

All titles must be submitted for review consideration via GalleyTracker and include a digital galley, and publishers must also submit two physical galleys for each title for which galleys are available. As of March 24, 2025, PW charges $25 for every book submitted for PW review consideration. Books from publishers with site license subscriptions to PW are exempted from this payment.
