Funding/Employment Opportunities: 

The program offers parital funding with one graduate assistantship offered each year. The program also offers international travel grants and teaching assistantship opportunities for students who can be on campus.

Students attend a two- to four-week residency each summer in either Lisbon, Portugal, or at the Eastern Kentucky University campus in Richmond, Kentucky. Students participate in online workshops throughout the rest of the year. Opportunities are available for cross-genre study.

The application deadline for the fall semester is August 1; the application deadline for the spring semester is December 1; the application deadline for the summer residency is March 1.
