Shivani Gupta is a Chicago-based writer, curator & researcher. Her debut chapbooks my mother is a mixed metaphor & Cumulus were published by Rockwood Press in 2026 and her first full-length collection Turmeric Dust Stains is forthcoming from dancing girl press. Her work has featured globally across the BBC Partition Poetry Project, Forbes, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Baby Teeth Journal, Epiphany Magazine, Corpus Callosum & more. She has served as an In-Surreal-Life fellow, the Development Committee Chair for the Chicago Poetry Center & been supported by the Narrative Shifts residency.
