I am a twice (mass market print magazine) published writer, "voracious reader, and whimsical hermit living in Dallas, TX" (lazily grabbed that straight from my last publication's "Bio" section). The first thing I ever submitted anywhere ended up getting published, which was a huge confidence boost at the time. I still see it as a cosmic green light. I hope to continue sharpening my creative non-fiction skills and sell to more mass-market magazines as well as literary journals. I'd also like to wade into fiction, but for now, it is not my strong point. I want to connect with other writers in person or online and become more engaged with the literary community.
