Ark Review was founded in 2023 as a literary journal to spread creative perspectives on ecological justice. An offshoot of the environmental nonprofit Everything Starts Small, the journal aims to highlight both emerging and established authors.
Tips From the Editor
We want unique stories that tell us something new about our relationship with the environment, i.e not stereotypical dystopias. We value optimism and innovative ideas. This could be through absurdism, cultural identity, and more. The environment or environmental justice should play a central role in your piece.
