Editorial Focus

Launched in March 2023, Anacapa Review is a new online poetry journal and an extension of Gunpowder Press, an independent poetry publisher founded by David Starkey in 2013. Starkey and coeditor Chryss Yost publish a carefully curated set of poems, featuring established poets and newcomers side-by-side, in a format that can be read in one sitting.
