Please join us for the second iteration of SUCH MAGIC, a unique poetic storytelling event set in a beautiful cozy tea house. This event offers a chance to go deeper with the featured poet and their book in an intimate circle of reading and dialogue. This season's poet is local Long Beach poet Michelle Brittan Rosado, and we are celebrating her award-winning book, WHY CAN'T IT BE TENDERNESS? The theme is: Tenderness. Participants are invited to share 1 poem on the theme in the open mic. Come dressed cozy. Bring a comfort item for show and tell if you like. Ticket includes tea, snacks & goodie bag. Books for sale.
