Hudson Valley Writers Center presents "One Together In One Single Sky:" a benefit to protect the written and spoken word. HVWC will honor Richard Blanco, fifth innagural poet of the United States, and ID Studio Theater, whose mission is to advance the artistic and social empowerment of immigrant communities. The event includes cocktails and dinner, a reading and Q & A with Richard Blanco, and live music by Folklore Urbano. Advanced registration required, as seating is limitted. The Hudson Valley Writers Center brings writers and readers together to celebrate the essential art of the written and spoken word.
