Sleeptalking, the debut full-length book of poetry by writer Antonio Addessi will have its launch reading with poet Daniel W.K. Lee at the Bureau of General Services—Queer Division May 15, 2022 at 3pm. The collection, published by Rebel Satori Press, deals with love and loss, memory, gender fluidity and finding ones self in the LGBTQ community. The reading will be available for livestream. Antonio Addessi is a poet and writer living in New York City. He received his BA in English from the University of Maine('15) and his MFA in Creative Writing Poetry from Columbia University('20). His poems "old ironsides" and "fish and the creel" were first published digitally by Wrath-Bearing Tree. "Childhood" was a finalist for the 2019 Prime Number Magazine Award for Poetry.
Daniel W.K. Lee (李華強) is a third-generation refugee, queer, Cantonese American born in Kuching, Malaysia. He earned his Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing at The New School(USA), and his debut collection of poetry, Anatomy of Want, was published by QueerMojo/Rebel Satori Press.
