  • Provide rotating on-call coverage (2 weekday evenings + 1 weekend day/night per week)

  • Drive students in Institute vans (12 passenger and 15 passenger)

  • Join for occasional shared meals in our cookhouse and special events

  • Assist with program setup/breakdown and multi-day trips (optional but preferred)

  • Desire to live in shared housing on campus for the majority of the role

Perks:

  • Private bedroom in a shared waterfront home with dock, kayaks, screened porch, firepit, woodstove, laundry, and full kitchen

  • Unparalleled river views — bald eagles, seals, and sunsets over the Back River, just steps from your door

  • Flexible schedule + opportunity to engage in our unique immersive programs that integrate philosophy, poetry, art, nature immersion, mindfulness, and community building.

  • Connection to an inspired and supportive team
