His award-wining second novel Painted Oxen was released on April 2, 2019 by Homebound Publications. The novel has been awarded the 2018 Landmark Prize for Fiction, as well as several other awards.
His debut novel Waking Up At Rembrandt’s received national critical acclaim. The Midwest Book Review called it “an impressive debut novel showcasing an undeniably talented and imaginative author.” And Writer’s Digest wrote, “The range of creative effort on display here is a bit breathtaking…a skilled writer with an appealing way with words.”
