Author's Bio

Sneha Madhavan-Reese was born in Detroit and now lives with her family in Ottawa. Her debut poetry collection, Observing the Moon, was published by Hagios Press in 2015. Her award-winning poems have appeared widely in literary journals and anthologies, including Global Poetry Anthology 2015 and Best Canadian Poetry in English 2016. She is the 2015 winner of Arc Poetry Magazine's Diana Brebner Prize and was a finalist for a 2018 National Magazine Award.
