Author's Bio

Ryan Patrick Smith received his BA in English from Transylvania University and his MFA in poetry from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. He was a semi-finalist in the 2015 Discovery Poetry Contest, and his chapbook manuscript has been a finalist in the DIAGRAM contest from New Michigan Press and Black River Contest from Black Lawrence Press. His poems appear in the Kenyon Review, DIAGRAM, Boston Review, Salt Hill, and elsewhere. Currently, he teaches in the MFA Program in Writing at Lindenwood University.
