Author's Bio

Poet and writer Reginald Harris was a Lambda Literary Award finalist for his first book, 10 Tongues, and won the 2012 Cave Canem / Northwestern University Press Poetry Prize for Autogeography. Recipient of Individual Artist Awards for poetry and fiction from the Maryland State Arts Council, a member National Book Critics Circle and an At-Large Board Member of the Publishing Triangle, his work has appeared in numerous journals and anthologies including, The Gay & Lesbian Review Worldwide, Poetry, This is the Honey: An Anthology of Contemporary Black Poets, The Ringing Ear: Black Poets Lean South, and Split This Rock’s The Quarry Social Justice Poetry Database. He lives in Brooklyn, New York.
