“I had the pleasure of working with Joan Noeldechen for three years (2000 - 2002) at a very hectic and stressful large property management company owned by an investment entrepreneur.  As our receptionist, Joan gracefully and skillfully handled calls and visits from professional associates of the President and other officers to irate tenants.   As the “first face” that many prospective investors and customers of our company met, her professional demeanor, calmness under pressure and broad smile set a positive tone for everyone.   In addition to receptionist duties, Joan was our supply inventory control contact, sorted and directed all incoming and outgoing mail, and also assisted various departments with secretarial and clerical duties when called upon.   She was a pleasure to work with and a delightful asset to our corporate community.

I have known Joan as a friend for many years. She is an accomplished and published writer, and has worked successfully as both a team member and a team leader in her various jobs, always with a great deal of conscientiousness. I would recommend her for any position for which she applies.
