Author's Bio

Georgia Riordan (she/they) is a writer and professor who began her love for craft as a child. They hold a BA in writing (magna cum laude) from Ithaca College and an MFA in poetry (distinction) from Villanova University. Georgia has served as chief poetry editor for both Stillwater Magazine (2019-2021) and Rathalla Review (2022- 2024), production manager and art editor for Rathalla Review (2024-2025), and is currently a manuscript reader for New Door Books. She is an English professor based out of the Philadelphia tri-state area. She enjoys the art of academia and dismantling the systemic power structures from within. Aside from writing, teaching, reading, and editing, Georgia is an educational advisor and workshop instructor for disadvantaged students in Camden, NJ.
