Author's Bio

Brett Warren is the author of The Map of Unseen Things(Pine Row Press, 2023) and Broken Alive (forthcoming from Shanti Arts Publishing, 2026). 

A long-time editor, she holds a BA in English Literature from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Her poetry has appeared in Bellevue Literary Review, Canary, Cape Cod Poetry Review, Cold Mountain Review, The Comstock Review, Halfway Down the Stairs, Harbor Review, Hole in the Head Review, ONE ART, SWWIM Every Day, The Westchester Review, and many other literary publications.

One of her poems was etched onto a wooden plaque and permanently installed in Eagle Pond Sanctuary in Cotuit, MA, as part of Barnstable Land Trust's "Words in the Wild" project.

Brett is a member of the Academy of American Poets and a triple nominee for Pushcart and Best of the Net (Poetry).
